Glutten Free Arrow Root (Nduma) Flour

Made from a plant known as Maranta Arundinacea, Arrow Root or Nduma flour is one of the less common grain or gluten free flours we offer. However its versatility enables it to be used to thicken or to be mixed with multiple other flours such as coconut, almond even wheat if desired. Also, for those who prefer crusty or crunchy foods feel free to use it on its own.
