Samwa Naturals collects personal data only to process orders, fulfill deliveries, and manage accounts. Data collected includes name, email, shipping address, order history, and payment reference.

Customer information is stored securely in Firebase and local storage for active sessions. We do not sell personal information. We may use order and usage data for service improvements and marketing emails, with unsubscribe control on every email.

For account deletion, contact support via Find Us page; we will remove records in 30 days unless retention is required for legal compliance.
