Returns & Refunds

Samwa Naturals does not offer refunds. We do accept returns only for incorrect or damaged products delivered. To qualify for a return, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order reference.

Approved returns are handled as replacement deliveries or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not issued under any circumstance unless required by local law.

Returns must be unused, in original packaging, and collected within the window arranged with support.
